How Far in Advance Should You Book a Drone Light Show?

Book a drone light show as early as you can. For most events, several weeks to a few months of lead time gives enough room to design the show, secure airspace approval, and lock in your date.

When to book

Peak dates fill first. The Fourth of July, New Year’s Eve, and the holiday season book months out, so reach out early for those. Corporate events and private parties can sometimes come together in a few weeks, but earlier is always safer, since each outdoor show needs a site review and FAA airspace authorization.
