Theme parks are making drone shows a nightly headline act in summer 2026, from SeaWorld to Six Flags to Disney.
Drones over the parks
SeaWorld San Diego launched a nightly 600-drone show called Ocean of Dreams in late May 2026, and Disney debuted its most ambitious drone production yet at its Paris park, mixing flying drones with drones that skim across the water. Across the US, more parks are adding drone finales to close out the night.
Why parks love drone shows
Drone shows give a park a fresh nightly spectacle without the smoke, noise, or fire risk of fireworks, and they can be reprogrammed for seasons and characters. That flexibility is why they are spreading fast across attractions.
